Children under 18 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Access to the spa is subject to a supplement of 8 Euros. Reservations are required.

As with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, Catalonia Porto will provide detailed payment instructions.
