The property offers free private parking and an excellent location, with the train station just 2 minutes away, providing quick access to Porto city center and surrounding areas. An ideal choice to rest in comfort, close to both the city and nature. Situated on the peaceful Rua das Mimosas in Covelas, Porto, our house is set within a charming property. It is an old house, dating back to 1941, lovingly restored to preserve the charm of traditional architecture while offering all modern comforts. The property also includes a cozy chalet, consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The chalet features a threshing floor (eira) of approximately 500m², providing ample outdoor space, perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities.
