Casa da Isabel is located in the center of Nazaré. The beach and the bus station are just 5 minutes walk. Fishermen's Neighbourhood is one of the oldest and most typical places of our village, it was created for the fishermen and their families, 75 years ago. Some of its original inhabitants still live here. Dona Isabel is one of them. She has lived here for 70 years, and although it's redecorated it never abandoned the essence of beach and sea. It's a very calm neighbourhood but at the same time very well located due to its seniority. The house has a wide common terrace where you can relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. Free parking. Hello, my name is Nicole and I am the granddaughter of D. Isabel, or "Babéu" as I affectionately like to call her. My grandmother has lived from room rental for as long as I can remember. Recently me and my mother decided that she needed some rest, and using all the love we have for her, we've created "Casa da Isabel", redecorating and giving life and colour to the place that means so much to us. To do so, we have praised the legacy of our matriarch, by leaving a bit of her story and her guests in the decoration of our main residence. It will be a pleasure to share it with you! Once you arrive at Casa da Isabel, you can park your car literally in front of the door, and you don't need it to visit the most interesting and well located spots of our village, it's all in walking distance. To visit the highest spots of Nazaré, like the big waves on Praia do Norte, you can use the local lift or climb the slope, and once you get there the view will take your breathe away.
