Casa Alva

I like the simplicity and tranquility of nature and that's why I live in Casa Alva. Motto: Live and let live . Respect to be respected. All different, all equal; We value nature and work for sustainability.

Presently we only have 3 accommodation: 3 studios. Each of these studios can accomodate 4 guests (by request they can have one extra bed). Estúdio Verde is designated Superior because is the only one with 2 independent suites, 2 bathrooms and a completly private terrace. Two guest, with the rate for 2 persons, can use only one of the suites. If this 2 guests want to use the 2 suites, staying one at each suite, it´s possible but they have to pay the 3 persons rate. The other studios have one room at the mezannine and a sofa bed at the living room, Theirs terrace is private but separated with a wood partition from the neighbours. All the studios have a living room where we can find table to eat or work, chairs and a sofa-bed, as well as a little kitchinette, cooking facilities and utensils, sink, induction plate or glass ceramic plate, microwave, fridge, freezer, electronic espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, etc. Fiber optic ,Tv and Wi-Fi are available at all the studios. We also have a laundry (but that´s an extra service). We are a fully licensed holiday home that complies with the safety and hygiene regulations by the local council and "Clean&Safe" certification.

Casa Alva has the distinction of being in a zone of Natural Parks. And though it seems as if we´re lost in the middle of the fields, hearing only the birds and the wind passing through the elms that borders the creek,… amazingly it´s possible to drive to the center of Aljezur and get there in 4/5 mn. Casa Alva is a possible base for exploring the wonderful landscapes and beaches of Costa Vicentina National Park. You just need to decide if you go North or South to enjoy the many sunny beaches near our place. The nearest beaches are Arrifana and Amoreira (8 to 10km by car from our home). Go and catch the waves or just go and catch the spectacular sightseeing of the line coast or the views from the many hills and valleys…because Casa Alva is also near the natural secrets of Rota Vicentina and Via Algaraviana you will have many trails to be discovered, many photos are there to be taken with theirs typical colours, smells and movements. And this can be done in so many different ways, calmly strolling through the paths, serenely stumbling upon donkeys, energetically running and climbing, using bicycles or horses…we will help you finding your way to enjoy this great region.
