Feel welcome! We have planned and built our new house with care and attention to detail - and we are very proud of it. It offers us relaxation, retreat and gives us strength for our professional life in Austria. Such a special place should not remain unused for most of the time. And so we are happy to let other people share in it. This applies to all the advantages and amenities that are important to us during our stays. Knowing that you are limited with luggage on the plane, we offer a fully equipped apartment including towels and bath towels. In the laundry you will find a washing machine and a dryer at your free disposal. You can park your car in our own garage and a table tennis table offers sportive pleasure. We invite you to a perfect holiday, - and relaxation experience. Enjoy the house and the surrounding area to the fullest and relax from everyday stress.

The apartment OCEAN VIEW is south facing and offers a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean. Huge glass fronts, a modern and at the same time cosy ambience as well as the large terrace and pool guarantee incomparable moments. Especially the sunsets remain in the memory of all guests. When entering the apartment you will be overwhelmed by the view of the Atlantic Ocean. From here you enter the comfortable living area with integrated kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area. The tasteful bedrooms offer a double bed, a very large, illuminated wardrobe and a sideboard. From all rooms you have access to the terrace through large sliding glass doors. A cosy lounge, a dining table and two relaxing sun beds await you here. Behind the apartment there is a small garden with an arbour. A large dining table, an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and sink as well as a brick barbecue grill make the barbecue pleasure a real experience.

Madeira's sunny side - the south-western coastal strip from Ribeira Brava to Jardim do Mar is the sunniest and warmest area on the Isle of Flowers. Our house is situated on a beautiful hill in Tabua/Achada at about 150m above sea level. The OCEAN VIEW Apartment builds the second floor of the house. Incredible views of the ocean are guaranteed here and impress every day anew. In the winter months you can enjoy the sensational play of colours of the sunsets in the Atlantic Ocean from the terrace. Tabua/Achada is part of the nearby city of Ribeira Brava. Here you will find shops, restaurants and a sandy beach. Other beaches nearby are Lugar de Baixo and Ponta de Sol. Natural treasures, hiking trails and incredible views of mountains, sky, clouds and the ocean can be found all over the island. Funchal is about 20 minutes away by car. The old colonial city must be seen. Via the highway, one quickly gets from Ribeira Brava to the "wild" north of the island.
