The Old Town Apartments by Umbral is an apartment located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. Amenities and toilet paper are provided only on the day of arrival; for the remaining days, it's the responsibility of the guests. There is no daily cleaning, only a change of towels every 4 days and bed linens on a weekly basis. Payment by card is available on-site, with the remaining payment due in cash on the day of arrival. Please be informed that check-ins after 11:00 PM will incur an additional cost of 20.00 EUR, to be paid in cash. We kindly request that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait for up to 1 hour for the responsible person. At check-in, we request a security deposit of a minimum of 200.00 EUR. This amount serves as a guarantee against possible room damage or violations of our policies during your stay. The security deposit can be provided in two ways: in cash or by credit card, according to your preference. In case of a Monthly Rate Booking please note that the deposit asked will be the same amount of one month payment, also please note that the electricity will be an extra and paid separately. Change of sheets and towels once a week. If you require an invoice with a tax identification number, please request it at the time of booking. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued as a Final Consumer without the possibility of alteration (in accordance with the current legislation).
