Upon arrival, you must present the credit card used for the reservation. Please contact the hotel in advance if the reservation is made with the third party credit card.
If your reservation is non-refundable, you will receive an email from the establishment with instructions to complete the payment quickly and safely after confirmation. The hotel can initiate the process of canceling the reservation in the event that the payment is not completed within the next 48 hours.
When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
For apartment reservations: A deposit of €150 is requested. The property will charge you upon arrival by credit card and will refund the amount 7 days after check out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed.
