here is a beautiful old building with views of the hills and olive groves at the edge of town. The rooms are extremely clean, all newly renovated yet full of traditional character, with thick stone walls, tiled floors and original windows and doors. There are balconies and terraces where you can sit out to eat, relax, or simply enjoy the peaceful setting. We can provide a traditional Palestinian breakfast on request, including fresh fruit from the garden, home-made jam, eggs from our chickens, and savoury dishes, along with delicious flat-bread baked while you watch in our outside wood-burning oven. We can also offer evening meals, such as chicken cooked the traditional Palestinian way in a closed outdoor oven. My parents live just next door and I am very nearby and we are all happy to help with anything you need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
