Check-in and apartment key collection take place at the Reception at Chycow Potok, 26, floor II, Zakopane, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, keys will be available from a locker located at the same address. In such cases, please contact us in advance by phone at +48 539 105 001.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
