Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card is not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

Guests who would like to receive a VAT invoice should contact the hotel staff immediately after booking.

Appropriate information with full company data and NIP number can be entered in the box on special requests in the booking form or passed directly to the staff.

Please note that the lack of information will make it impossible to issue an invoice later.

Please note that all guests with children need to provide a valid ID for the children at check-in.
