In case of bookings made for 10 rooms or more, different conditions and additional payments may apply.

Please note that pre-authorisation of credit card or deposit of PLN 200 per day is required upon arrival.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

Out of concern for the safety of our guests and other pets staying on the hotel’s premises, we do not allow breeds considered to be dangerous, nor pets which are aggressive towards other animals or people.

Guests (adults and children) are required to pay city tax of 6.20 PLN per person per night.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Marine Hotel by Zdrojowa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
