Each Unit Apartment is privatized to our guest where you can feel at home and everything is accessible. Every unit in Yoo C Apartment has a private bathroom, a private kitchen, a private dining room and a private entrance, so all guests can accommodate in safety and comfort. All guest could enjoy bathroom compliments like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap and clean fresh towels. Free WIFI and cable flat screen TV.
Each apartment has a quiet, cool wall-mounted air conditioner.
For business travelers, All Studio units are equipped with an Internet LAN cable.
You can enjoy Netflix and YouTube on TV at all Yoo C Apartment units.
A 5 minute walk to the newest CITY MALL in Dumaguete. 8 to 10 minutes ride by tricycle to the famous university in town (Silliman University), MINISO Dumaguete and to downtown. 8 to be 10 minutes to the airport and accessible to any transportation like Ceres Bus going southbound.
We are happy to help our guests travel to the tourist attractions they want to enjoy in Dumaguete and the nearby cities. Whale Shark watching in Oslob, Sand Bar in Majuyod, Dolphin watching in Bais, Caves in Mabinay, best diving spot and snorkeling in Apo and Dauin, Natural Hot Spring in Baslay Dauin or Valencia, Falls and Lakes and even experiencing golf which is 10 minutes away from the apartment. In addition, we personally rented our car to any booked guest.
