The house is new, it was built in August 2022 is located in Paliton, San Juan- Siquijor the heart of the island, very close to the best restaurants on the island (Dolce Amore, Monkey Business, Dagsa, Mr Sumo, Cockatoo Bar). Also, Two minutes drive or five minutes walk away from the famous Paliton Beach ( Small and Big Paliton, two beaches)
