Reengineering the system to make it more customer friendly and facilities upgraded to give more value to the guests' money has initiated under the new management. With the staff, Roy's Rendezvous will always try to extend flexibility for the guests' delight and continue to improve basing on the guests' requirements.

The goal is to keep the place as homey as possible and maintain the garden look green for a cool feel environment and units in rustic local setting to uphold the island's identity. The facilities and amenities are 2-star but with a style to keep its best-value for the guests.
