This brand new condo-style apartment offers a quite and comfortable stay featuring all the amenities needed for it. The apartments is situated in Sucat, Paranaque along the main road, however in the safe and secure private complex. Situated on the 4th floor in the mid-rise building it has a pool view, which can be enjoyed from a cozy terrace. The usage of pool is included as well as the basketball court (to be completed) within the complex.
