SMDC admin requires that we submit your check-in papers (along with a copy of your ID) 24 hours before arrival. IDs are required po for all guests who are staying inside the unit.

Guests should be properly registered with the concierge of the building for identification and security purposes.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the unit. STRICTLY no change of guest list on the day of check in and thereafter.

Please note that swimming pool is open from 6 am. to 10 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday.

Pool rates: PHP 150 for Regular days. PHP 300 for Holidays.

*The pool is closed every Monday. It is intended for cleaning and maintenance.*

Unit host shall not be held responsible for guests lost personal property.

The host shall not be responsible for any untoward accident/incident, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

Please inform your host of any damage, malfunction or missing items right away before check out. You may be charged for missing items or damages to the unit.

Guests may be responsible for professional cleaning or replacement costs for heavily stained sheets and carpet. Guests are advised to report any stains or accidents to hosts promptly to allow for appropriate action and potentially mitigate costs.

未满18岁的客人仅可在父/母或官方监护人陪同下办理入住。

如您在入住期间对住宿造成损坏，根据此住宿的损毁政策，退房后您可能会被要求支付最高₱ 1,500的赔偿。
