MIGAs Haven was established in 2020 — a year marked by the unexpected challenges of the pandemic. This period not only tested the resilience of the hospitality industry but also highlighted the urgent need to adapt to new realities. Health and safety protocols, contactless transactions, and responsive guest communication became essential, and we embraced these changes to strengthen our services. Guided by our mission, we are committed to providing clean, safe, and comfortable accommodations for every guest while offering property owners an opportunity to earn passive income, contributing to their financial well-being. Our services extend beyond condotel management, encompassing a wide range of properties — from residential homes to condominium rentals — ensuring every space we manage is well-maintained and welcoming. To date, we are managing almost 30 condominium units, a guesthouse and a townhouse with the aim to provide a clean, comfortable and safe accommodation to every guest.

Why MIGA's Haven? Our place is equipped with Air-conditioned, SmartTV w/ Netflix, Hi-Speed Wifi, Heater, Fridge, Induction Stove, Microwave, Kettle and Rice Cooker.
It gives the whole view of the city, and located right across SM City-Cebu. The location is very ideal to all modes of transportation. It is also a few minutes away from the airport and a walking distance to the seaport. Besides this, our place is also a few steps away to major banks.
Please take note of the following;
1. Bed Set Up according to the number of persons declared in the reservation
A Queen sized bed for 2 persons
A Semi-double sized bed (pull-out) for 3 or 4 persons
A Foam mattress is provided for the 5th person
2. Pool Daily Usage
Free for 2 persons and a fee of Php 100 per extra person
3. Parking needs an advance reservation
A fee of Php 300 per night

Staying in MIGA's Haven is very ideal mainly because of its accessibility. It is located right across SM CITY - Cebu, one of the city's most well-known shopping malls, and is accessible to all modes of transportation: taxi, Grab car , V-hire, jeepney, and bus. It is also a few minutes drive from the airport and walking distance to the seaport, providing relief from traffic if you decide to travel elsewhere.
The condominium is also a few meters away to major banks like BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, assuring you access to cash before indulging in the beauty of Cebu. There are lots of local restaurants nearby serving authentic Cebuano cuisine during daytime and a Market Food Shop open during night time.
