I am a medical doctor by profession and have acquired condo units as part of my investments. I have a messy schedule in my clinic and hospital but I always make sure I reply promptly to all inquiries, calls, and text message of all my potential and actual AirBnb guests. I have staff assigned in my listing to ensure everything is well attended on my behalf. Although sometimes guests may not see me personally, I am very hands-on host and regularly check the unit as well as the amenities, and most importantly the expectations and commitments to each and every guest.
