5-minute walk to Ayala Serin Mall, Santuario di Padre Pio - Capuchins, quick drive to Picnic Grove, Taal Vista, Balay Dako and other food places. As Serin East Tagaytay is primarily a residential enclave, there are rules and regulations in place as follows: 1. Only the endorsed guests may enter the Serin East Tagaytay Condominium. Guests not listed on the official guest list will not be allowed entry to the property. This is to respect the privacy of permanent residents. 2. Guests may not bring in pets of any kind. 3. Please keep noise levels at a minimum as your neighbors may be resting. 4. For units with fitted cooking facilities, please ensure to turn on your range hood when cooking to avoid sharing your meal’s aroma with other units. Contact numbers for food delivery services nearby are available at the concierge for your convenience. 5. Garbage rooms are located every floor. 6. Smoking is not allowed in any areas. 7. In using the elevator, please maintain good elevator etiquette. Our elevators can only accommodate up to four (4) passengers at a time in compliance with the safety protocols of the IATF. 8. Units can only accommodate a limited number of guests at a time. For Kasa Bae, only 2-3 persons are allowed. 9. Any concerns with regards to your host’s unit must be directed to the unit owner or authorized representative. 10. A valid ID of the primary guest must be deposited at the Security Entrance. 11.Please observe proper decorum when in the common areas and using the amenities. 12. Please note that check-in times are from 2pm-5pm. If you cannot make it on those times, pls let us know before booking. Check out time is 10am. We do not allow cooking for short-term stay (i.e. less than 2 weeks' stay). There are so many places to eat around Tagaytay. As Kasa Bae is within a residential area that does not have a 24/7 concierge or reception, please check-in/check-out at the specified time.
