This new entire house short term rental is a truly unique place in a class on its own. Built on your own private beach near a small fishermen village in Olango Island. The wildlife and marine sanctuary of the Philippines. Only 15 minutes ferry from Mactan where is located the Cebu International Airport. Afar from crowded tourist condo resorts, this 2 bedroom villa is ideally set up for an authentic Filipino beach property experience. Snorkelling, biking and kayaking are enjoyable directly from the property at high tides. In the middle of the coveted Cebu Island Hopping area, with easy access to Cebu and Bohol adventures. Here, your swimming pool is the Pacific Ocean...
There is always a property assistance person not far away for any issues. We, the owners are in Canada, but my brother Larry is local, with his wife Belen, they maintain the property and his day job is tricycle taxi. For prior guests, Larry has arranged white sand beach virgin islands excursions, he has arranged babysitters, massage therapist, Housekeeping, cook, scooter rentals, jetski, parasailing or scubadiving. So although there is no staff at this villa rental, Larry always does more to ensure you have a great stay. For a local fee, Larry can pick you up at the ferry.
Built on the beach near a fisherman village, less than 15km from the International Airport. This short-term house rental has no staff, but has everything international travellers can expect. It is certainly one of the safest and relaxing places you can find for you and your family. If you are looking for a truly authentic, safe, and memorable beach vacation to discover the beauty of island living, this is the place.
