Our place is situated in the Mactan Newtown, a newly developed township with its own beachfront. Our newly furnished condo units are the best of its own class. We provide hotel-quality service and cleanliness at the reasonable budget. Our free amenities like beach and pool, gym and spa rooms are what our guest like very much. Our units are at the top floors and it is very peaceful, with relaxing breeze and stunning view of the ocean. Safety of the guests are also top priority in our building. Our staff provides 24/7 security.
I am your fellow traveler. I provide quality service in hospitality and help guests what they need.
We are a peaceful neighborhood. You can relax and enjoy the area as it is very secured. You can jog through the neighborhood and enjoy the sunset at the beach in the end of your runs. We are also located to many business establishments like restaurants, foreign exchange changers, cafes like Starbucks, party clubs and groceries.
