My place is good for couples and small families (with kids). 2-bedroom apartment with picturesque lagoon view. Free Wi-Fi access, Netflix, Disney+, and HBO GO. A one-time entrance fee per guest still needs to be paid to Pico Admin separately with rates depending on season. Kids' entrance fee either free or have discounted rate depending on the age. Pre-registration is required at least 48 hours before arrival. Kindly provide: (1) Full name, birthday, complete home address, email address, and contact number of the primary guest; (2) Complete list of guests’ full names with their respective birth dates. Parking is available in the uncovered area of Carola A building. Covered parking is reserved for residents only. Please note that parking spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.
