The place is a private homestay building apartment with studio type unit set up. Most of our units are all occupied by Professionals, Students, Interns & alike who works & studies in Makati . We have some units dedicated to our short term guest.

Generally, it is a quiet neighborhood. It is during early morning and late afternoon that we can see most people are in the streets. Beating the rush hour to get to/ and back from their schools or workplaces. These people are mostly professionals, students and working class who opt to stay near the Makati Central Business (MCB), business schools and universities like AIM, FEU, CEU,Assumption College, MAPUA and others. An hour or two before midnight, some streets in the the area are closed down for any vehicle to pass. Thereby, secluding those who don't live in the neighborhood to enter.
