Located at the 2nd floor of Carola B Building, this newly remodeled apartment is a 47sqm studio bedroom with ensuite kitchen and bath designed with a clean, natural vibe. As you step onto the chic balcony, the mountains and the breeze from the ocean create a perfect harmony of relaxation and wonder. THE SPACE Yugen Suites offers two queen beds for a peaceful night's rest. Additionally, two floor mattresses are available for guest use, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. The room can occupy a maximum of 6 people, children 1 yr old and above included.

ENTRANCE FEE Guests entering Pico de Loro will be asked to register at the gate and pay entrance fees on top of the booking rates. This will provide access to the Beach and Country Club swimming pools, as well as indoor and outdoor activities offered. As of November 2023, the rates are as follows: LEAN SEASON (Weekdays of January – February & July – November) Adult: PHP 900 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 400 PEAK SEASON (Weekends of January – February & July – November; Weekdays of March – June & December; All holidays) Adult: PHP 1,300 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 500 HIGH SEASON (Weekends of March – June & December) Adult: PHP 1,400 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 600 HOLY WEEK & YEAR END Adult: PHP 550 Child (4-12 years old): PHP 650

Free parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There are free shuttles that come every few minutes to take you around the resort.
