Dreaming of living like sailors around one of the most beautiful island of French Polynesia? Come on board on Mori Ora sail boat for 2 nights in the wild Opunohu's bay, breakfast offered and a sailing excursion for whale watching in the Pacific Ocean. The stay is maximum 2 nights. Check in is at 6-7PM. Check out is at 10AM. The whale watching sailing excursion is from August 1st until November 11th. It is an eco-responsible excursion using wind power as much as possible. A marine biologist in on board to share with you as much as possible on those magnificent creatures. Duration is 5-6h. From November 12th until July 31st, the whale watching excursion is replaced by a sailing discovering excursion at sunset 3-6PM. During the excursion you can take part of the navigation (setting the sails, steer the boat, etc.), or just enjoy the journey and the beautiful view of Moorea island from the Ocean. Dolphins, marine birds can be encounter all year long. In April-May 2024 & Sept-Dec 2024: excursions are possible every day except on Monday's. From June to August 2024, excursions are possible every day. Mori Ora is our spacious monohull sailboat, with very typical wooded 90s interior decoration, which has 3 cabins on board: the spacious captain cabin, the live like a sailor matelot cabin and the moussaillon cabins with bunk beds. The boat has an equiped kitchen that is shared for all travellers. We are living on board so you will be sharing the boat with us and with the other guests of the other cabin. For the evening meal, you can either eat at the marina snack Tamahau Opunohu, or bring and cook what will make you happy. You will have access to the kitchen, and we will make space in the fridge. On a boat, electricity and water are limited. Quick showers are possible on board outside, longer showers are possible at the marina. No hot water available. Moorea is an island on a human scale. A large number of activities are available there within a 20-minute drive. As you wish, you can: go scuba diving, hiking, kayak, bike, quad, jet ski, lunch or dinner on a motu or in a trailer, go fishing with a gun, discover the different snorkelling spots, drifting or not (turtles, sharks, rays, other fish and corals), take a cooking class, play golf, participate in an open stage evening at the Vaiare pizza restaurant / bar, rest on one of the beautiful beaches, etc.
