Hi! I'm Michael, your host at Yanuy Culinary. I'm a Cusco native and a professional chef, trained at Le Cordon Bleu, with over 7 years of experience in the world of hospitality and tourism.
In addition to managing this guesthouse, I also lead Peruvian cooking classes and local experiences to help travelers take a bit of Cusco and the warmth of Yanuy Culinary back home.
I love welcoming guests, sharing the best of my city, and helping you discover unforgettable flavors, places, and stories. I speak Spanish, English, and a bit of Portuguese, and I’ll be happy to assist you with anything you need during your stay, including teaching you a taste of Peru through my own sazón.
