Para acceder al establecimiento, los huéspedes deben tomar un barco en el puerto lacustre de la ciudad de Puno a las 07:20, por un suplemento de 30 PEN.
Los huéspedes deben informar al establecimiento si tienen previsto utilizar su propio medio transporte y a qué puerto llegarán para que un miembro del personal pueda recibirlos en el dicho puerto.
De acuerdo con las leyes fiscales del país, los ciudadanos peruanos (y los extranjeros que permanezcan más de 59 días en Perú) deberán abonar un suplemento del 18%. Para quedar exentos del pago de este suplemento del 18% en concepto de IVA, los huéspedes deberán presentar una copia de la tarjeta de inmigración y el pasaporte.
Ambos documentos son necesarios para la exención del suplemento y los huéspedes qué no los presenten deberán abonar dicho suplemento.
Los huéspedes extranjeros en estancia de negocios que soliciten una factura empresa también deben abonar este suplemento de 18%, con independencia de la duración de su estancia en Perú. Este suplemento no se añade de forma automática al importe total de la reserva.
