According to Peruvian tax regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional 18% general sales tax.

To be exempt from this 18% additional fee, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport, proving a stay of less than 59 days and the reason for travel. It is necessary to present both identification documents to qualify for the sales tax exemption. Otherwise, you must pay the indicated fee. This rate will be applied per room when the room is shared between exempt and non-exempt guests from the payment of said sales tax.

Foreign guests who request a printed invoice will be charged this 18% general sales tax fee, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This supplement is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in. In accordance with Law 30802, the establishment does not admit the entry of minors under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by their parents or a duly accredited legal guardian. All minors under 18 years of age must present an ID card or passport to verify their identity.

This property allows pets up to 15 kg, which must present the required vaccination record and sign a liability form upon check-in. This service costs PEN 64 per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room.
