I am retired and Jules works her business remotely. We are still landscaping and developing the property.
We love hosting all our guests and assisting them to enjoy everything that Waiheke island has to offer.
Jules love of wines allows her the opportunity to offer guests “boutique “ wine tours for a maximum of four people.
住宿信息
We have three, purpose built rooms for holiday accomodation ;Studio 3 is the Premium Studio, encompassing the main living, dining and kitchen and the huge deck area with outdoor lounge seating, dining table and sun loungers. Upstairs is the master bedroom , ensuite bathroom/wardrobe.Studio 2 on the lower level has the ability of adding a second bedroom to it. This allows for two couples or a family to stay together, but share the en suite bathroom.
The rooms are beautifully appointed with plush carpet, luxury king size beds, fully tiled ensuite bathrooms(underfloor heating for winter), magnificent northern views from private deck or patio of Oneroa Bay.
The house is situated in a very quiet street close to the main village of Oneroa, where many top class cafes and restaurants are located. Its only a 10/15 minute walk! A 5 minute walk to the beach and swimming!
Bus stops are located at the bottom of Tawa Street to take you around the island or bring you from the ferry terminal.
There are many vineyards, restaurants and wine tasting venues to visit.
We have plenty of safe off street parking if you come by car.
These are luxury studio rooms, with no cooking facilities.
周边信息
We are situated in a very quiet street, not a lot of through traffic, looking over fantastic bush scenery toward the sea. Be woken by the noisy Tuis in the Titri bush and watch the Keruru(Wood Pigeons) and Tui’s while relaxing on your own private deck or patio.
A big plus is how close we are to the village and the beach, you really don't need a vehicle.
However if you want to explore the island, you can go by bus(Hop on Hop Off), Wine Tour buses or personalised Wine Tour operators. Hire push bikes(pedal or battery assisted) ,scooter motorbikes, on water activities like paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing charters and hundreds of kilometres of DOC(Department of Conservation) bush and coastal walks.
The island as well as being renowned for its wine, is a cultural hub of art of all descriptions! Many artists have studios open to the public, as well there are a number of art galleries to visit.
