This is also renown as an awesome kite surfing location This is an awesome stop off point if you are travelling to Cape reinga. The cape is a 2 hour drive where you can see the pacific and Tasman oceans meet. We are a 25 minute drive from Mangonui where you can sample some fine wines and plenty of places to eat. 30 MINUTE DRIVE TO KAITAIA This is a quiet quaint location with limited stores and restaurants. A good shop for a relaxing stay.
