The summer of 2019/20 I had a taste of having guests and I loved it. I am so excited to welcome more guests this summer which will be my 5th season (2023/4) and moving on from covits. I find it interesting hearing all their stories and about where they are from. I look forward to meeting you all this season.
Only 8 minutes walk to town and 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Drive for a couple of minutes to the salt water pool for a seawater swim.
There are 2 great laundromats very close down the road on the main street and a supermarket.
A BBQ is available for cooking light meals and a new fully equipped outdoor kitchen for guests to use. See photos.

Wander around my large tree lined and flowery property in the middle of Town, well away from the traffic noise. The garden is like being in the country yet only 7 minutes walk to town for coffee/meals or even the Sunday Market. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy the pond and relax in the Island summerhouse. Feed the semi tame wild ducks. Also you can feed the eels off the jetty over the creek on the other side near the cabins off the deck. Have a swing in the garden and enjoy the sounds of the birds.
All outside cabins share a new bathroom on the main deck. A spare toilet out under the trees plus and extra outdoor covered private shower.
The family studio is right beside the shared bathroom on the terrace, The cabin with a garden veiw is just off the terrace and The cabin with a large terrace is a little further away looking over the garden and pond. The 2 suites is in the house with full private bathrooms.
All cabins and 1 of the suites have their own terraces, and all have table and chairs and lounging chairs to relax in. A main new shared bathroom as well as a toilet under the trees and deck shower.
A great place to mix and chat with other guests, or share the large outdoor dinning table on the deck over a few glasses of wine etc. Before maybe going into town for dinner or cook your dinner in the guest kitchen beside the fire pit on the main deck. Also a BBQ available for cooking.
Outdoor lighting at night.
A young cat lives here, he is a little shy until he feels that it is safe to come out.
Think of staying here as part of your adventure, not just a place to sleep. From 7.00am to 9.00am in the mornings enjoy an extensive selfhelp breakfast in the breakfast room under the porch.
Check out all the photos to get a better idea of where everything is. Happy travels.
