Nestled on Nelsons prestigious Princes Drive with sparkling sea & panoramic city views, this brand new, light-filled & architecturally inspired home offers every modern convenience. Wonderfully cosy & tastefully furnished with excellent amenities, this home lends itself to relaxation & unwinding. Enjoy open plan living with the fantastic flow to the top-deck BBQ & entertaining area or head down the steps to the private garden area below. **NOTES: Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking and driveway areas. Noise in the area - This is a generally quiet area, however, this property is located on a main road where passing traffic can be heard, particularly during the main commuting hours on weekdays. Please be assured that the home is double glazed and well insulated. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
