Bring your bike, boat, jet ski, golf clubs or even your horse by arrangement. Enjoy your own tranquil cottage on a working farm with sheep, cattle and horses. Stunning sea views throughout the farm and adjacent regional park which is ready to explore. Only 1km from the beach. The property is private and spacious with everything you would need to self cater and relax or drive to local attractions nearby if you want more action. This is a new build so the gardens are only being established at this stage and we will be adding features.

We live onsite and it is a working equestrian farm that has polo ponies and jumpers. It is 28 hectares so plenty of room for you to have privacy. We are a family of 4 that has travelled extensively using booking sites so hope we can provide what you need and are wanting to share our home of 20 years. We think this part of the world is pretty special.

The area has everything from beaches to biking, golf to polo. Cafes are plentiful as well as restaurants. There are weekend farmers markets, sculpture walks, hiking tracks and local function venues such as Kauri Bay Boomrock, the Nocturn Woolshed and more. There are 3 golf courses within 20 mins, Formosa, Windross and Whitford. The boat ramp is within a few kms and the Pine Harbour ferry can whisk you into the CBD in 35 minutes and it is a short 15 min drive.
