'The Close' is a brand new luxury development overlooking the centre of town and the Paihia Wharf, with magnificent views across the stunning Bay of Islands to Russell. Don't worry about driving anywhere, you are in easy walking distance to the restaurants, shops and the Wharf from where the ferries and charter boats depart. If you would prefer not to walk to town, you can always jump into the 4-passenger cable car which will whisk you down to the waterfront area. In addition to the large double garage, there is plenty of parking outside for your boat or any visitors.
Katie will provide you with a code to the house's digital lock on the day before you arrive, as well as her mobile number. She will be available on mobile at any time between 7.00am and 6.00pm during your stay. In the case of an emergency, she will be contactable outside these hours.
