A new home built in 2023. Open plan living, with a huge, covered deck access from lounge, dinning and main bedroom. Large well fenced lawn for the kids to run around. We are currently slowly landscaping. Over the fence is the beach. Mother Nature is constantly changing the beach, it can be a sandy shoreline to rocks the next day, but there are always rock pools to explore when the tide is out. Paua removal is prohibited. Please note this is not a swimming beach. Fishing is allowed. Mountain views on the east side, beach on the west. If you are a photographer, professional or amateur, or love painting the area surrounding will not disappoint. Our dairy farm is across the gravel road.

This is our new venture. Previously we lived in Otago but we recently returned to take over the family farm. We left our adult children and grandchildren down south and look forward to sharing this amazing little house with them to create memories when they visit

There are very few homes surrounding the Bach, at the end of Tipoka Road it has been built on a private road so there is only the ocean to hear.
