My place is unique in that is has just been modernised to a high standard and quality. The one double QUIET bedroom is in my own personal home which you have the assess to a bathroom for your use only. It is not shared with anyone in the property. The double bed is very comfortable and the room has a hot water jag with cups, glasses and cutlery. The bathroom is wall to wall white tiles with Italian tiles on the floor. The walkin glass shower.

I am an abstract artist with a studio, so there are many works of art hanging. I enjoy meeting people and making them feel comfortable.

Off street car parking is available. The street has very little traffic as it is a colderstack where you are unable to drive though. Off street parking is available Too. On the corner of the street are 3 shops, a small groceries store, liquor store plus a typical NZ takeaways shop. On the main road is a BP Petrol Station which has other items for sale. 10 minutes walk up on the main road there are a group of shops including a Pharmacist, Cafe, Beauty and Hair saloons plus a larger groceries store.
