Newly renovated 2 Bedroom apartment. Brand new kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom runs on gas so endless supply of hot water. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom had a double on the bottom and single on the top bunk set. There is a foldup cot, highchair and small baby bath available. All windows have security stays on them and sound proofing. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen have flyscreens and there is an aircon unit in the living area. A carport is attached and plenty of room for boat parking. An outside patio and grassed area leads from the lounge

We are a retired couple just back from 10 years of adventures in Australia working and travelling in our caravan and living in our yacht in WA. We love to travel and try to quite often as our boys permanently live in the UK and Aussie. We have renovated 2 apartments within walking distance from Kerikeri township. We are currently living in the front apartment and are renting out the back apartment. So we will be available for airport runs or information on the Bay of Islands if needed. The Stone Store and Kemp House 1.2KM The bush track leading to Rainbow and Wharepuke Waterfalls is over the bridge by the Stone Store. Fairy Pools is just across the road from the apartment. Every Saturday and Sunday there are markets at The Old Packhouse and on Sundays the BOI Farmers Market is in town. There are many Vineyards with Restaurants, local cinema, mini golf, The Parrot Place, Golf Club. Paiha is 24 kms from Kerikeri where you can get a ferry over to Russell
