All appliances, beds, mattresses and bed linen, duvets and blankets are newly purchased to provide you luxury and comfort. A ducted aircon system comes with separate control for each room so you get to choose the temperature to your liking. A new kids’ play park opposite the house so you can still keen an eye on your little ones from home lounge when they are playing. A big north-facing decking area with big dining table and sun lounges is set to provide you the perfect afternoon with family and friends for a barbecue and cold brew. Welcome to Sandy Palms. I am your host Ya and I live in Hamilton with my family. I love travel, running, hiking and do all sorts of fun things with my family. I have a dog named Storm and he is a Spoodle from Gisborne. I won’t be meeting you during your stay but I am just a phone call or a message away. Sandy Palms is situated in a newest subdivision in the Waihi Beach Village, just off Citrus Ave and very close to everything. All neighbouring houses are newly built in 2022 and 2023 with a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes owners. A kids' park just opposite of house. Kids can play on a swing, a slide, a trampoline and a big sand pit. You also often see kids on their scooters, skating boards and bikes on the roads as they are pretty much rule the roads here. Waihi Beach village is 10 mins walk. The beach side village offers everything you need, a grocery store, cafes, pubs, restaurants, boutique shops, chemist and an art gallery. Sunday market on Wilson Park is held every Sunday from Labour weekend till Easter from 9.00am to 1pm.
