The rooms form part of the owner's home but is well away from their area except lounge and kitchen which is shared. Guests can be as socially interactive or not, depending upon their preference.
An electric vehicle point is available for use upon request.
Several cafes and restaurants along with a couple of bars within walking distance. The beach is approximately 3 kms away and the river is a short stroll away. The house is on a bus route and the train station is 600 metres away, all on the flat and about a 10 minute walk.
