We love our place and enjoy sharing it with travellers. Brigitte is French and Grant kiwi and the boys are a bit of both. We organise regular Roller Discos, so if you can skate or used to skate, this would be a great way of spending a Friday or Saturday night. Check with us for more info.

Want to spend a night on the top of the world? You will probably not find better views in the whole of Tutukaka. It is what's really really special about our place. Photos don't do it justice, so you'll have to see for yourself the amazing sunrises over the ocean and the Poor Knights and the mesmerizing sunsets over Wellington's Bay and Ngunguru Sand spit. We have 2 rooms and 2 huts with various levels of comfort for all budgets. Please make sure to read our instructions once you have booked to see if the room you chose is the right one for you. The Family room (Tui) is a single room with bathroom and kitchenette. The Kiwi room has a toilet and the hot shower is outdoor. The Kingfisher is a cute little Hut with dry toilet and outdoor shower. We also have an even smaller one for solo travelers.

The Tutukaka Coast is home to lots of wonders. If you are heading North, it would be a crime to skip this Coast. It's only 25min from Whangarei , it is not to be missed.To visit and experience everything this coast has to offer, you would need 3 days, but if you don't have that much time, we will direct you to the best spots, starting with our place which is the best lookout you will find. Whether you like to walk, surf, dive, kayak or relax, you can do it all, all surrounded by sheer beauty.
