Kelly, the lamb, and Lucy the cow, are always keen for an extra feed of nuts and fond of a scratch around the ears. so please enquire about feeding them and you will make their day!
At Ohuka, we are a woking farm so seasonal activities like shearing and movement of herds of cattle and flocks of sheep are happening daily, along with other farm activities, Come and experience a farm tour like no other, encompassing amazing views, native bush and waterfalls, maybe even catch a glimpse of a deer. Walks range from a stroll to hours, your choice!
Are you up to the challenge of landing a trout? Seasonal fishing is available on the Waikaretahiki river winding through our farm.

I'm a mother to four children aged between 23 and 18 years old, with Claire attending boarding school in Napier,William at Canterbury University, Alex in his last year as a Diesel Mechanic apprentice and Hannah as a Management . My husband, Craig and I are sheep and beef farmers, on our Ohuka property. I love the outdoors and enjoy most aspects of farming, although it is not such fun when it is cold and raining!
