If you are cyclists, head out on the local cycle trails, which connect to the Great Taste Cycle Trail. Monaco Resort Apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us. This apartment is one of the closest in the complex to the pool area. Please note that the apartment does not open immediately onto the pool, you'll have a private courtyard and gate. Cross the lane and enter through the secure pool gate to reach the pool. Please note that the swimming pool is closed through the Winter months (from 1 July to mid-November). This apartment is thoughtfully designed without a washing machine or dryer; however, worry not, as just next door, you'll find a convenient laundromat ready to meet your laundry needs. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
