Maples on Harewood has been our family home since we built it in 1989. It is filled with lovely memories and fun times spent with family and friends. It has been an ongoing project over the years and provided us with lots of enjoyment as we have watched the small trees and shrubs we planted many years ago grow into an established and peaceful garden.

We love travelling and of course meeting new people and hearing about where they are from and the adventures they have had. We are keen sports watchers, love walking our dog Molly, and spending time with our three gorgeous grandchildren.

We live on the outskirts of Christchurch city so we enjoy a lovely semi-rural aspect. We are close to the airport which many of our guests find very useful. Nothing is too far in Christchurch, so we are a 15 minute drive to the centre of the city and even less to many of Christchurch's famous tourist attractions. If you don't won't to leave home, there is a hot tub, swimming pool and tennis court for your use!
