Kotare House is situated on the magnificent Tawharanui Peninsula with sea and bush views, amazing beaches, local markets, shopping, eating and drinking options, and many activities at Matakana, Omaha, Warkworth and beyond. It is important that you are aware that we are not a party destination and ask for quiet after 11pm. If this is not suitable for you, please cancel the booking and if you do not respect this we will ask you to leave.
Alysn and Brian couldn't resist moving to this lovely house perched above Christian Bay. They enjoy the local environment and know that you will do too when you visit. The area was recently described as a combination of Tuscany, Fiji and the Hamptons! The best of New Zealand packed in, yet peaceful and comfortable whether you want to retreat or use us as a base to explore and enjoy.
