Welcome to this 2024 new-build house. It's fully furnished with unlimited free Wi-Fi, a 75-inch TV, a quad-door refrigerator, an auto-Mahjong machine, and free parking spots.
A modern kitchen for having black tea, jasmine tea, coffee, fresh milk and oats, a sunny living room and a dining room to enjoy. In-house laundry to use. You are welcome to use the shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and outdoor space.
Heya, I'm an easygoing person who loves travelling and meeting new people. My partner and I are both full-time workers and live on the first floor. I'm looking forward to hosting you!
The location is perfect and quiet. It is only a 3-minute drive to Highway One or Parkwood center mall, a 9-minute drive to the University, and a 12-minute drive to the CBD, Hamilton Garden or Claudelands Events Centre.
