'Harbour View - One' is situated above Nelson's spectacular waterfront offering the most incredible views & sunsets over beautiful Tasman Bay, Haulshore Island & the Boulder Bank. **NOTES: 'Harbour View - One' occupies the lower level of this address. This apartment can be booked together with the upper level 'Harbour View - Two' via our 'Harbour View - Three' listing, giving you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas. Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway. Car parking - There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent. Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking. Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
