Blessed with a prime waterfront position, directly in front of Nelson's iconic harbour entrance with incredible views across the water, the island and the boulder bank. This is Nelson's original 1862 Pilot House - Now architecturally renovated to an impeccable standard with contemporary furnishings & amenities to provide maximum comfort & relaxation during your stay!
**NOTES:
Car parking - Single off-street parking & additional on-street parking available.
Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The property is largely double glazed, well insulated & noise isn’t a problem for most guests.
Note on upstairs bathroom - The ceiling of this bathroom conforms to the heritage listed roof pitch and does not provide full height above the bath or toilet and it may be necessary for taller visitors to use this toilet while seated.
Steps & Stairs - There is a short flight of steps from the parking / street level of the property to the home and a nautical style stairway between the lower and upper levels of the home.
**BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
