Forest Farm Tiny House, nestled in Whakamarama's rural area in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty Region, offers stunning views of rolling pastures, forests, and Mount Maunganui. It's conveniently located near Tauranga beaches and the Waipapa River, perfect for exploring Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park. Located just 40 meters from the main house, our charming tiny house offers a peaceful escape. Enjoy reliable Spark signal reception, while other providers may have weaker signals. A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use. Lastly, we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. This tiny house is equipped with a cassette toilet. To maintain its cleanliness and functionality, an additional cleaning fee will be charged separately for stays of 5 nights or more, on top of the total booking amount.
