My house is six years old and has been decorated to be smart, modern and very comfortable. It is well-appointed and has everything you may need. There are amazing views from my house and it is surrounded by bush up along the ridgeline.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with good linen, various ways to make tea and coffee [pot, plunger, Nesspresso and instant], a good selection of speciality teas, herbal teas, snacks and filtered water.
I love to host people and make them feel welcome.
I am always up for a chat and can give you ideas of what you can do in Wellington. There are hundreds of great coffee bars, restaurants [cheap, middle of the range and expensive] and many activities in and around greater Wellington
Northland is very close to the city. You can walk into the CBD in under 20 minutes [all downhill]. There is a regular bus service and Ubers are not expensive.
