Ample free parking..Set in over 1acres of trees, lawns and gardens with happy chirpy native birdlife our cottage is fully complied and disability friendly. Ample parking , trailers etc .Five minutes drive from CBD...Cottage has excellent heating, Sky, free wifi, gas hot water...extra tv in second bedroom...Nobody can see you in this unique spot....
Love gardening, sports, thoroughbred horses, reading..Other half races cars, all sorts, all fast , some slow Teretonga Racing Park a wonderful track is nearby.....
Anderson Park, Donovan Park, Golf minutes drive, Countdown minutes drive..just a nice green uncluttered housing area.
